Butt Welding Equipment with Mechanical Pressure

Mechanical equipment that allows butt welding of pipes up to diameter of 110 mm with angle of 0˚ - 30˚. It is equipped with inserts that allow the welding of long pipe stretches and of special fittings. The welding machine is equipped with an electric welding mirror and mechanical trimmer. The detachable stainless steel frame allows reducing the size and weight of the clamping part and so it enables welding in confined spaces, e.g. under a ceiling. This equipment can be used for welding of water and sewer pipelines.

Mechanical Equipment for Butt Welding up to Ø 200 mm

Mechanical equipment that allows butt welding of pipes up to diameter of 200 mm with angle of 0˚ - 30˚. It is equipped with inserts that allow the welding of long pipe sretches. The welding machine is equipped with an electric welding mirror and electric trimmer. This welding machine can be used for welding of water and sewer pipelines.

Advantages of the Mechanical Welding Machines ST 110 and ST 200

• Detachable frame of ST 110 allows reduction of weight of the whole machine enabling the operator to weld in confined spaces (e.g. by a tank wall)
• Clamp setting screws provide accurate and exact alignment even for thin-walled eccentrically clamped pipes
• Angle welding from 0˚ - 30˚ allows welding without the need of fittings
• With narrow inserts, it is possible to weld fittings directly in the bend

Multi-Functional Welding Equipment with Mechanical Pressure

Unique mechanical welding machine that allows both socket fusion welding up to diameter of 110 mm and butt welding up to diameter of 160 mm. The supplied universal clamp provides accurate positioning of all fittings during socket fusion welding. Another advantage of this unit is the mobile stainless steel bench allowing comfortable handling of the welding machine. This equipment is used for welding of water and sewer pipelines.

Advantages of the Multi-Functional Welding Machine ST 160

• The machine is used for butt welding in the range of diameters of 40 - 160 mm and socket fusion welding in the range of diameters of 40 – 110 mm
• When removed from the bench, the machine can be set up on a workbench and used in a workshop
• If needed, the equipment can be easily removed from the mobile bench and made lighter
• Even very long pipes can be firmly clamped thanks to four camping jaws
• Welding mirror coated with titan oxide with PTFE provides a long life cycle and minimal adherence of welded material
