Electrofusion Welding Machines

During the development of the electrofusion welding machines, SVEL 3500 and 950, our priority in their design was easy and safe operation as well as safe storage and fixing of the cables. The whole process is fully automatic and the welding is blocked if no electro-fitting is connected.

The electrofusion welding machines will find their use as an alternative method in the welding of pipelines made from thermoplastics. The SVEL 3500 line is used for welding pipes (mostly from PE), e.g. for outdoor water and gas distribution. SVEL 950 is intended as an alternative to socket fusion welding for making, for example, the last weld in an inaccessible place or for repairs of polypropylene pipelines.
